An Ode to Bill S.
If music be the food of love play on,
And dance until my soul is full of you.
You who spoke of great love both here and gone,
I confess my esteem by this I do.
As I teach to our Fair Youth about love,
and show them ancient writings full of hope.
I oft focus only on love above
and dare I mention your words of love? - nope.
But as I ponder all things happily,
And celebrate your birth on this good day,
I honor your sonnets here sappily;
Bless your words and all the beauty they say.
Thus thank you Bill S. and may you be blessed
For we remember you well in heaven's rest.
